Growing up with construction being

the family business, Ben learned what

it was like to work on a job site at an

early age. His desire to do

construction the right way would only

grow from there. After successfully

working in nearly every area of

construction, he found his niche in

structural steel and miscellaneous

metals, and began All Phase

Construction in 2017. Ben knew he

wanted to create a company that

could assist the general contractor in

many scopes and provide quality

work, but as a husband and father of

5 boys, even more importantly was that he build a company that was known for its integrity, Christian ethics, family values, and first class workmanship. 

Since the founding of All Phase, it has become just that. All Phase has quickly become a preferred partner to many. Thanks to the outstanding crew, All Phase is proud to offer top notch work and craftsmanship, even on the most challenging of projects.

Statement of Faith

Our mission is simple:  “Whatsoever ye do, do all to the glory of God” (1 Corinthians 10:31). Whether it be with our work, our time, our resources, our families, we desire to do all things for His glory. We believe that all we have is because of the abundant grace of God, for “where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:" (Romans 5:20). We are thankful for the sacrifice of Jesus Christ, which allows us to have a relationship with God, and desire to live a life that is “acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service” (Romans 12:1).
